The “outline” scheme has been approved and, so, work can now commence on a “reserved matters” application. This involves creating detailed designs for the houses, the road layout, landscaping and drainage.

Sadly, that means that the first houses won’t be built for quite some time.

In the meantime, we’ll be working with the Council and others to ensure essential local workers receive first priority when it comes to buying a discounted home of their own at Addison Park.
