Affordable Homes

The Government defines Affordable Housing as “housing for sale or rent for those whose needs are not met by the market”. It includes housing “that provides a subsidised route to home ownership and/or is for essential local workers”.

Affordable Housing can either be rented (such as social housing) or owned (in one go or over time).

At Addison Park, all the dwellings will be “home ownership” housing, such as Shared Ownership or Discounted Market Sales Housing.

All the housing at Addison Park will be discounted by a third.
